The Office of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio in cooperation with the U.S. Department of State, Passport Services, will host a Special Passport Event on Thursday, June 13, 2024, and Friday, June 14, 2024, from 8:00am to 2:00pm, at the University of Central Florida. This event is open to everyone.

We will accept applications for Routine Service (6-8 weeks) and Expedited Service (2-3 weeks). Completed passports will be returned by mail.

An appointment is required to submit your application during this event. Please use this sheet to request an appointment. Appointment slots are limited and will be granted on a first-in, first-out basis. Incomplete requests will not be processed. If your appointment request is accepted, you will receive an email detailing your appointment confirmation within 1-2 business days. If, however, we are unable to accommodate your request, we will also contact you via the email address you provide on this form.

Appointments are not transferable. Please submit ONE REQUEST only.
