I believe that one of my most important jobs as a United States Senator is to fight for the needs of Vermonters and make sure that the federal government is truly working for you. Vermonters from around our state have always found ways to be innovative and found new ways to make the most of existing federal resources. Today, we have a unique opportunity to fund specific projects that can improve the lives of Vermonters in every corner of our state through the congressional appropriations process.
