Amazon Workers, Share Your Story

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, sent a letter to Amazon Chief Executive Officer Andy Jassy initiating a HELP Committee investigation into the abysmal safety record in Amazon's warehouses and the company's treatment of workers who are injured in those warehouses.

Chairman Sanders wants to hear from current or former workers, supervisors, medical staff, or anyone else in Amazon's warehouses about their experiences to help inform that investigation.

If you work or have worked for Amazon and would like to submit your story about your experiences at the company, please fill out the information below.

The submissions are confidential and will help the Committee investigate how the company fails to protect workers and evades responsibility for their necessary medical care. Please note that the HELP Committee will not share your story publicly without first notifying you.
