FY23 Non-Defense Appropriations Request Form

Please fill out this form in its entirety. All narrative sections must use lay terms, i.e. please use non-technical language and define all acronyms and initialisms. This form in part or in whole could be made public. Please be aware: if your organization submits a request prior to release of the President’s Budget Request for fiscal year 2023, you will be responsible for confirming or revising your request.

This form must be completed and submitted by Friday, April 15^th—late requests will not be considered. This form and its deadline may be subject to change pending guidance from the Senate Appropriations Committee.

Lastly, please note the following:

This form is strictly for non-defense funding requests for Programs and Accounts within appropriations bills. The Defense Appropriations Request Form will be available on Monday, March 28^th.

This form is not for congressionally directed spending items. Please use the FY2023 Congressionally Directed Spending Item Request Form for such requests.
