The PACT Act & Your VA Benefits

U.S. Senator Gary Peters helped enact the bipartisan Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act, to deliver all generations of toxic-exposed veterans the health care and benefits they earned for the first time in our nation’s history. Gary, a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee and former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve, helped pass the legislation in the Senate. Gary has pushed for years to pass legislation that will provide generations of veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances — and their survivors — with VA benefits they’ve earned through service to our nation.

The following information from the VA will help answer your questions about what the PACT Act means for you or your loved ones.
