President Joe Biden is expected to speak around 4:10 p.m. at the Port of Baltimore on Wednesday to tout the recently passed $1.2 trillion package that will fund infrastructure projects across the nation. Ports like the one in Baltimore, which is still recovering from the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, are expected to get some of that money.
