Florida Sen. Rick Scott speaks at National Hurricane Center (WPEC)

MIAMI (WPEC) -- Sen. Rick Scott visited the National Hurricane Center in Miami on Sept. 2, 2019. He spoke to the public during his visit.

Scott urged Floridians to take precautions before Hurricane Dorian because there is no certainty when it comes to the storm.
