Sen. Rick Scott is urging the U.S. Treasury to address issues with the Paycheck Protection Program for small businesses who have been unable to apply for much-needed relief.

Sen. Scott sent a letter to Secretary Mnuchin and the Small Business Administration Administrator Jovita Carranza and issue clear guidance for businesses and lenders.

Small business owners are saying they are unable to file for the loans from their banks due to requirements for unrelated products to apply, according to the senators letter.
