While President Biden (D) boasted about his presidential achievements on Twitter, US Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) hit back at the president, claiming that under his administration, "American families are suffering."

Often, President Joe Biden resorts to using his, "Build Back Better," plan as the solution to what many on the Left saw as COVID-19's effect on the economy.

In a Tweet yesterday, Biden did another recap of his short time in office.  The president stated, "At the time I took office about 16 months ago, the economy had stalled and COVID was out of control."  Biden elaborated, "Today, thanks to the economic plan and the vaccination plan that my Administration put into action, America has achieved the most robust recovery in modern history."

In mere hours, Rick Scott fired back on Twitter, continuing the drawn-out feud between the two.  Senator Scott sarcastically asked, "Really? You’re bragging right now?"

The Senator continued, "The day before you took office, inflation was 1.4% and the average cost of gas was $2.39 per gallon. Today, inflation is 8.3% and gas is nearly $5 per gallon. Under your admin, American families are suffering."

Sen.Scott has long pressed the president over what he considers to be his economic failures.  However, his criticisms have moved from political to personal, as Scott recently called Biden's health into question.

"It’s simple. The most effective thing Joe Biden can do to solve the inflation crisis he created is resign. He’s the problem. Getting him out of office is a quick and easy solution," said Senator Scott.

Scott dug deep and went where no other U.S. Senator has gone before, added, "Let’s be honest here. Joe Biden is unwell. He’s unfit for office. He’s incoherent, incapacitated and confused. He doesn’t know where he is half the time. He’s incapable of leading and he’s incapable of carrying out his duties. Period."
