Reflecting on 2024

From protecting Colorado’s incredible public lands to securing billions in federal investments for everything from our airports to our hospitals, we've accomplished so much together in 2024. Here are some of the highlights from an eventful year:

Traveling across Colorado: The best part of my job is traveling across our state to hear directly from constituents about the issues that matter to them. In 2024, I traveled over 5,500 miles in Colorado and hosted over 100 meetings and visits with constituents. I look forward to getting back on the road and continuing these important conversations in 2025.

Colorado’s beautiful landscapes are just part of what makes our state so great. In 2024, I went on nine incredible hikes across Colorado – including a stunning early morning trek to the top of Mt. Elbert, our state’s highest peak.

Listening to Coloradans: One of my top priorities is ensuring Coloradans have the information and resources they need. In 2024, my office:

• Answered nearly 42,000 calls; 
• Responded to 850,000 constituent letters; 
• Worked on over 3,000 constituent service cases; and
• Provided over 180 letters of support for grants statewide.

From D.C. to Colorado, this work would not have been possible without the dedication of our interns. I know our country is in good hands with this next generation of leaders.

Expanding our digital presence: This year, I launched my new Senate website. At bennet.senate.gov, Coloradans can stay up to date on what my team is working on and get the help they need. My new website features a map highlighting key investments I’ve helped secure for our state since 2021, including billions this year alone. 

Looking ahead: There is so much to celebrate about our work together in 2024. With 2025 around the corner, I look forward to amplifying Coloradans’ voices and working with leaders across our state on solutions to our country’s most pressing challenges. I’m wishing every Coloradan a joyous holiday season and a happy and healthy 2025.
