As someone who has reached out to our office, Senator Manchin would like to extend an invitation for you to join him in the Second Annual Ride for Fallen Service Heroes on June 12th.

Following the motorcycle ride, there is a free community picnic at 2 pm at the National Guard Headquarters on Coonskin Drive in Charleston. Even if you do not ride a motorcycle, you are invited to attend this public event to show appreciation to our Veterans and their families.

#SenatorJoeOnTheRoad

Senator Manchin travels frequently across West Virginia to hear directly from fellow West Virginians on issues that matter most to them and to get suggestions on how to move our state and nation forward. Some of Senator Manchin’s top priorities as your Senator include:

  • Solving the widespread drug abuse epidemic,
  • Standing up for our miners and fighting for an all-in energy approach that uses all of our state's resources,
  • Honoring our Veterans,
  • Protecting our seniors, and
  • Rebuilding our state’s infrastructure to secure long-term economic development, diversification and job growth

Senator Manchin understands that the best politics is good government and he truly believes in “retail government,” a philosophy of providing excellent consumer service to West Virginians and bringing government directly to them.
