On the Road
Senior Caseworker Cris Hewett attended the unveiling of the Medal of Honor Wall at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. These displays are truly inspirational ways to honor our nation’s heroes and serve as reminders of the individuals who have bravely sacrificed so much. Finally, I want to say to my dear friend and Medal of Honor recipient, Hershel “Woody” Williams, how much I appreciate his friendship, his steadfast loyalty to his fellow West Virginians, his courageous selflessness, and his tirelessness in advocating for Veterans and their families.
