Regional Coordinator Ali Mitchell attended Monday's funding announcement and groundbreaking ceremony for the West Virginia Great Barrel company in White Sulphur Springs. Once completed, this $30 million dollar cooperage will employ approximately 60 full-time employees and produce nearly 200,000 white oak barrels per year.
