Last Saturday, I spoke during the West Virginia Coal Association's annual membership meeting. The three-day event held at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs supports WVCA's mission to create an environment that will establish West Virginia coal as a safer, cleaner and more competitive energy source.
