WV Navigator and the WV Primary Care Association have teamed up for Cover WV Day! Today, January 9th, from 10AM to 4PM, residents can visit one of over 20 locations across the state to get free assistance in finding health coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Steven of Racine contacted my office for assistance with his pending appeal for Social Security disability benefits. He had been denied twice despite being unable to work due to health issues that left him with very limited mobility. As a result of an inquiry from my office to the Social Security Administration, he was approved for benefits.

Caused by natural processes in the earth, radon is a radioactive, cancer-causing gas that is undetectable without testing.
