MANCHIN APPLAUDS PAY RAISE FOR FCC HAZELTON STAFF

I am pleased that the Federal Bureau of Prisons and U.S. Office of Personnel Management approved a 25% retention pay incentive for all staff in good standing at West Virginia's FCC Hazelton. This is much-deserved and will help recruit new qualified officers and staff, which will promote safer conditions.
