MANCHIN STATEMENT ON THE 10.6% NATIONAL DECLINE IN OVERDOSE DEATHS

Overdose deaths declined by 10.6% in the United States and by 11.56% in West Virginia between April 2023 and April 2024. This is the first time since 2020 that national overdose deaths have decreased.
