(R-SC)
today

of
his

2015 Community
Office
Hours
series.
Kicking
off
next
week,
the
year-round
series
will
start
with
eleven
events
throughout
South
Carolina.
In
each
community,
Senator

with

offer
assistance
with
federal
issues
in
their
own
communities.
“One
of
the
most
important
ways
I
represent
South
Carolina
in
the
U.S.
Senate
is
to
support
the
people
of
our
state
when
they
need
assistance
dealing
with
a
federal
agency.
Whether
it’s
getting
an
answer
in
a
timely
manner
or
ensuring
they
are
treated
fairly,
my
office
works
every
day
to
help
resolve
problems
and
get
South
Carolinians
the
information
they
need
regarding
federal
agencies
like
Social
Security,
Medicare,
the
IRS
or
Veterans
Affairs.
I
want
South
Carolina
families
to
use
my
office
as
a
resource,
whether
or
not
they
can
travel
to
one
of
my
regional
offices
in
North
Charleston,
Columbia
or
Greenville.”
Residents
seeking
assistance
should
bring
all
pertinent
information
and
documents,
such
as
claim
numbers
and
correspondence
that
they
have
received
from
the
federal
agency
involved.
