Order.
Showing
bipartisan
Congressional
support
for
keeping
the
Guantanamo
facilities
open,
yesterday
the
U.S.
House
of
Representatives
passed
legislation
barring
the
transfer
of
detainees
to
domestic
soil
by
a
veto-proof
margin
of
370-54.
