amendments

afternoon.
"We
must
do
two
things:
keep
weapons
out
of
the
hands
of
terrorists,
and
protect
due
process
as
mandated
by
the
Constitution.
You
cannot
do
one
without
the
other,
and
my
votes
this
afternoon
reflect
that."
