Immigration
Executive
Order
Last
Friday,
President
Trump
issued
an
executive
order
regarding
immigration
and
refugees.
Senator
Marco
Rubio
(R-FL)
and
I
issued
a
joint
statement
regarding
the
President’s
executive
order,
which
you
can
read
here.
CHOICE
Act
Last
week,
I
introduced
the
Creating
Hope
and
Opportunity
for
Individuals
and
Communities
through
Education
Act
or
CHOICE
Act.
All
children
deserve
a
quality
education,
regardless
of
where
they
live
or
their
socio-economic
status.
My
CHOICE
Act
focuses
on
giving
parents
more
choices
when
it
comes
to
their
child’s
education.
Without
choices,
without
options,
parents
are
not
able
to
get
their
kids
the
education
necessary
for
their
success.
My
goal
is
to
make
sure
that
every
kid,
in
every
zip
code,
has
access
to
a
quality
education.
Our
children
are
our
future,
and
their
success
is
the
only
way
to
guarantee
that
it
remains
bright!
March
for
Life
Last
Friday,
Washington,
D.C.
welcomed
thousands
of
people
who
participated
in
the
annual
March
for
Life.
Thank
you
to
all
those
who
understand
that
being
pro-life
isn't
about
being
Republican
or
Democrat
-
it's
about
protecting
ten
fingers,
ten
toes,
and
one
precious
heartbeat.
Your
commitment
and
activism
in
your
communities
go
a
long
way
in
protecting
the
weakest
members
of
our
society.
As
a
co-sponsor
of
pro-life
legislation
such
as
the
Life
at
Conception
Act,
the
No
Taxpayer
Funding
for
Abortion
and
Insurance
Full
Disclosure
Act,
and
the
Born-Alive
Abortion
