first
of
its
kind
event,
Sen.
Tim
Scott
(R-S.C.)

Rep.
Mark
Walker
(R-N.C.)
have
invited
the
Presidents
and
Chancellors
of
Historically
Black
Colleges
and
Universities
(HBCUs)
to
participate
in
a
daylong
conference
at
the
Library
of
Congress
on
Tuesday,
February
28th.
The
event
and
discussion
panels
will
focus
on
opportunity,
strengthening
bilateral
relationships,
and
celebrating
the
importance
of
our
country’s
HBCUs.
