2017
commencement
address
for
Allen
University
tomorrow.
Earlier
this
year,
Sen.
Scott
hosted
more
than
ninety
Presidents
and
Chancellors
of
Historically
Black
Colleges
and
Universities,
which
included
leadership
from
Allen
University,
at
an
HBCU
Fly-in
Washington,
DC.
One
of
their
primary
concerns
was
the
availability
of
year-round
Pell
Grants,
a
measure
that
has
since
been
reinstated
by
the
federal
government
for
the
first
time
in
six
years.
