Senator
Tim
Scott
(R-SC)
received
the
2017
Jack
Kemp
Leadership
Award
for
his
commitment
to
tax
reform,
fighting
poverty,
and
strengthening
the
American
family.
Vice
President
Mike
Pence
was
in
attendance
and
delivered
the
keynote
address.
During
his
remarks,
Vice
President
Pence
recognized
Senator
Scott
saying,

Foundation,
and

a
man
whose
life
and

faith
is
a
testimony
to
the

tribute

and

of
