part
of
his
National
Opportunity
Tour.
Scott
was
joined

leaders
of
Metanoia,
a
Community
Development
Corporation.

the

with
local

find
innovative
solutions
to
fight
poverty
and
bring

distressed

next
iteration
of
his
Opportunity
Agenda,
half
of
which
has
now
been
signed
into
law
over
the
past
few
years.

tour
will

on

in
tax
reform
legislation,
and
the
ways
it
could
positively
impact
economically
distressed
neighborhoods
in
South
Carolina
and
states
across
the
country.
