Washington, D.C. –This afternoon, Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) will join Senators Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Mo Cowan, Roland Burris and Carol Moseley Braun for a panel of past and present African-American senators as part of this year’s 2019 HBCU Fly-In.
Media is welcome. The African-American Senator’s panel (2:45 – 3:30 PM) is open to the press, with media availability directly afterwards (3:30 – 3:45 PM) in the Kennedy Caucus Room.
