This year looks a little different than most, but we still pause to say thank you to the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines for their endless sacrifices to defend and protect this great nation!

Having two brothers who served in the U.S. Army and Air Force, I am well aware of the sacrifices of our service members and their families. Like many families across the nation, my brothers’ sacrifices were felt at every missed birthday, holiday or Sunday family dinner.

Thank you to all who served, and thank you to those who continue to serve to protect freedom and democracy everywhere; we salute you!

May the good Lord bless our service members, their families, and the United States of America. Happy Veterans Day!
