Dear Friend,

Welcome back to my Week in Review newsletter. Please remember to follow me on Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for regular updates on how I am serving the people of South Carolina!

Happy Easter!

As Easter approaches, I want to take a moment to send my warmest wishes to you and your family during this season of reflection, renewal, and joy.

We begin this weekend with Good Friday–a day that calls us to reflect on sacrifice, grace, and love that asks for nothing in return. It is a time to remember the courage it takes to choose compassion, to walk with others in their suffering, and to lead with humility. While Good Friday reminds us of hardship, it also points us toward something greater: the promise that redemption is always possible.

For many, Easter is a day spent in worship, in song, and in prayer. It’s a time to gather with family, to embrace spring’s arrival, and to give thanks for blessings both big and small. Whether you’re celebrating at sunrise services, gathered around the dinner table, or enjoying a peaceful moment of reflection, I hope you feel the joy of the season and the deep reassurance that brighter days are ahead.

May this Easter fill your home with laughter, your heart with gratitude, and your days with renewed hope. From my family to yours: Happy Easter!

“He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’”

Luke 24:6-7

Sincerely,
