Dear
Friend,
This
week,
I
voted
to
stop the
Environmental
Protection
Agency's
(EPA)
Waters
of
the
United
States
(WOTUS) rule
that
would
result
in
the
EPA's
take
over
of
Colorado's
water.
This
rule
would
give
the
federal
government
the
authority
to
regulate
ponds,
streams,
and
ditches
the
same
way
they
regulate
the
Mississippi
River.
It's
a
classic
example
of
federal
government
overreach
and
it
must
be
stopped.

my
remarks

the
Senate
floor

Guantanamo
Bay
Detainees
Must
Not
be
Brought
to
Colorado
I
am
doing
everything
I
can
to
ensure
dangerous
terrorists
are
not
brought
to
Colorado.
I
spoke
at
a
press
conference
this
week
with Senator
Pat
Roberts and
Senator Tim
Scott on
the
President's
illegal
plan
to
bring
Guantanamo
detainees
to
the
United
States.
