THE PACT ACT AND YOUR VA BENEFITS

Attention West Virginia Veterans: if you were exposed to toxic substances as a result of your service in Vietnam, the Gulf War or post-9/11 eras, you may be eligible for VA disability benefits.

The PACT Act is a new law that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances. This law helps us provide generations of Veterans — and their survivors — with the care and benefits they’ve earned and deserve.

I encourage any West Virginia Veteran with questions or concerns about VA health care to contact my office at 304-342-5855. I'm proud to serve those who bravely served our country.
