Without permitting reform in the U.S., we will continue to fall behind the rest of the world. I have a piece of permitting legislation that got bipartisan support last year, and it should be a heck of a good starting point to get this critical issue across the finish line.

SUPPORTING VETERANS IN OUR COMMUNITIES

The Morgantown Vet Center (Commerce Drive, Suite 101) is hosting a town hall for Veterans on May 11 at 5 PM. Call (304) 292-7535 for more information. Town halls provide an opportunity to discuss new eligibilities and benefits for Veterans. 

The Clarksburg VA is hosting a Virtual Veterans Benefit Administration Claims Clinic on May 15 from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. This Clinic provides an opportunity to file or check on the status of a claim as well as receive info on other VA benefits. Call (304) 623-3461, ext. 7604 to secure your appointment.
