Our steelworkers have been critical drivers of our state’s economy for generations, and I will always stand by them. That’s why I’m at USW Local 2911 with labor, business & community leaders to hear their concerns & offer my full support in the wake of job losses at Cleveland-Cliffs. These job losses are a consequence of the International Trade Commission’s decision to turn a blind eye to #WV in favor of illegally dumped and subsidized imports. I will do everything in my power to reverse the ITC’s ruling and help WV steelworkers.

SENATE PASSES MANCHIN, BUDD, BOOZMAN BIPARTISAN RESOLUTION TO HONOR GOLD STAR SPOUSES

"We will never be able to repay our brave servicemen and women and their families who have paid the ultimate price to protect our beloved country. West Virginians and Americans are forever grateful to these heroic patriots, and I’m proud to lead this bipartisan resolution to designate April 5th, 2024 as Gold Star Wives Day to honor their dedication and sacrifice."

READ THE PRESS RELEASE

Michael, from Berkeley County, contacted my office for assistance with a delay in receiving a retroactive payment for his Supplemental Social Security benefits. After five months of waiting, the delay had created a significant financial burden. As a result of my inquiry with the Social Security Administration, his claim was successfully adjudicated and the benefits disbursed.

If you or someone you know is in need of assistance with a state or federal agency, please contact my office at 304-342-5855.
