morning,
U.S.
Senator
Tim
Scott
(R-SC)
will
join
Columbia’s
“Grow
with
Google”
event,
a
celebration
of
Columbia’s
small
businesses
during
National
Small
Business
Week.
Over
750
small
businesses,
jobseekers
and
student
are
expected
to
attend,
where
there
will
be
workshops,
hands-on
demos
and
drop-in
coaching
sessions
throughout
the
day.
The
event
aims
to
help
the
workforce
of
today
and
tomorrow
gain
access
to
Google’s
training
and
tools
to
grow
their
skills,
careers
and
businesses.
Sen.
Scott
will
be
joined
by
Mayor
Steve
Benjamin,
Google
executives,
and
local
community
partners.
