Mr. Kerby of Big Springs reached out to my office for help with his Blue Water Navy claim. The claim had been pending for federal records and the pandemic had prevented the VA from getting those records. As a result of the inquiry, Mr. Kerby’s claim was approved at 100% P&T disabled. His claim was approved with a retroactive sum and continuous monthly payments.
If you or someone you know is in need of assistance with a state or federal agency, please contact my office at 304-342-5855. |
